the refund procedures for all courses and programs offered by Careerswitch through its platform https://careerswitch.co.in/. The policy is applicable to
all learners who enroll in any paid course, program, certification, or training module provided by the
company.
By enrolling in our courses,
learners agree to abide by the terms and conditions stated herein. The policy is intended to establish a
clear, fair, and transparent process for evaluating and processing refund requests, and is in alignment
with Careerswitch's core values of learner satisfaction, ethical conduct, and educational
accountability.
2. Refund
Eligibility
Learners are eligible to
request a refund under specific conditions outlined in this policy. Eligibility does not guarantee
approval; every request is subject to internal verification, assessment, and compliance with stated
obligations and timelines.
Refund requests must be
submitted within 7 calender days from the date of enrollment.Requests submitted after this period will
not be considered.
Refunds will only be
processed if the learner has complied with enrollment terms, attended sessions as required, and
submitted the appropriate request with complete supporting documentation within the stipulated period.

General Conditions
- Refund requests must be made in writing and submitted through official
channels, specifically to info@careerswitch.co.in.
- Learners must provide their full name, enrollment ID, registered email
address, course name, enrollment date, payment method, and a detailed reason for requesting a
refund.
- Refunds are only processed to the original mode of payment. Requests for
alternate refund modes will not be entertained.
- Processing of refunds may take up to 14 business days from the date of
confirmation of refund eligibility.
- Careerswitch reserves the right to decline a refund if the learner has
breached any of the platform's policies or code of conduct.

Non-Refundable Circumstances
- The learner fails to attend live sessions or submit mandatory
assignments.
- A substantial portion of the course content (including projects, live
classes, or assessments) has been accessed or consumed.
- The learner is dismissed for academic dishonesty, plagiarism, behavioral
misconduct, or violation of terms.
- Requests are made after the expiry of the Refund Window.
- Placement is not secured post-completion, unless explicitly promised in
the enrollment agreement.
5.
Documentation Requirements
- Refund requests must be supported by verifiable documentation such as
proof of payment, attendance records, course access logs, communication with support or faculty, and
other relevant material.
- Incomplete documentation may lead to delay or denial of refund.
- Learners may be asked to provide additional information or attend a
virtual call to facilitate the assessment.
6. Refund
Evaluation Process
- Each refund request will undergo a thorough review conducted by the
internal refund review committee.
- This includes verification of attendance, course engagement, and
validation of reasons provided.
- Learners will be notified of the outcome within 10 business days from the
date of complete submission.
7.
Exceptional Cases
- In rare or extraordinary cases such as natural disasters or other force
majeure events, Careerswitch may, at its discretion, consider exceptions.
- Supporting documents must be provided.
- These exceptions are evaluated on a case-by-case basis, and decisions by
management will be final.
