This policy governs all payments made on Careerswitch for courses and services.
1. Accepted Methods
- UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, and Wallets via secured gateways.
- EMI options may be provided via partners like Bajaj Finance or ShopSe (coming soon).
2. Payment Security
- All transactions are processed via 128-bit SSL encryption.
- We do not store card or banking details.
3. Invoices & Taxes
- You will receive a digital invoice via email post-payment.
- GST is applicable as per Indian tax laws.
4. EMI & Loans
If you opt for financing:
- Approval is subject to the lender's terms.
- Careerswitch is not liable for repayment defaults.
5. Failed Transactions
If a payment fails but the amount is debited, contact info@careerswitch.co.in with your transaction ID. Refunds for failed transactions are processed in 5–7 business days.
6. Subscription/Recurring Payments
- If you enroll in subscription plans, charges will be recurring until cancelled.
